These Terms are the agreement between you and CG APPS Ltd when you use FindomLink. Read them in full before creating an account or sending a tip. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. About these Terms

FindomLink is operated by CG APPS Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17266903). Where we say “we,” “us,” or “the platform” we mean CG APPS Ltd. Where we say “you” we mean the person reading and using FindomLink, whether as a creator or as a supporter sending a tip.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Notice, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Refunds Policy. Together they govern your use of the platform.

2. Who can use FindomLink

FindomLink is for adults only. Both creators and supporters must be at least 18 years old. Every creator confirms their age at signup and completes identity verification (KYC) before any payout is released. Every supporter must confirm they are 18 or older before sending a tip. If you are under 18, you may not use any part of the platform.

Accounts must be opened and used by a real individual, not a bot, a shared identity, or an account standing in for someone underage.

3. What FindomLink is

FindomLink lets a supporter send a tip to a creator, and each tip is the purchase of one digital thank-you content item from that creator. When a supporter confirms a tip at checkout they are buying that item, and the creator must send a thank-you content item — a photo or a short video — in return for every tip. A tip is a payment for a specific digital content item.

Every thank-you content item is reviewed by our moderation process before it is delivered. Delivery is one-to-one and one-way: the item is made available only to the paying supporter, through a private link that expires 48 hours after it is delivered. The platform provides no messaging and no other supporter-to-creator communication. FindomLink operates no content library, no galleries, and no archive — an item is delivered once to the supporter who bought it and is not published, listed, or kept as browsable content.

FindomLink sells no subscriptions, no memberships, and no recurring billing, and operates no paywall or premium-access mechanism. It delivers no physical goods. A creator may also publish public links on their profile and upload a single profile photo used as identity; the profile photo is bounded structurally and is not itself content that is sold or delivered.

4. Creator accounts

Creators choose a handle and a payout currency at signup, confirm they are 18 or older, and complete identity verification (KYC) before any payout is released. The handle and currency are locked once the first tip arrives. Creators are independent of CG APPS Ltd. We do not employ creators, do not direct what they post, and we are not party to any relationship between a creator and their supporters.

Creators are responsible for sending a thank-you content item for every tip they accept, and for their own tax and any reporting obligations on the amounts they receive. We do not provide tax advice.

5. Sending a tip

Supporters do not need an account to send a tip. Tip values are open: the supporter chooses the amount at checkout. A creator may share a tip request with a suggested amount, which the supporter reviews and confirms before paying. A supporter may optionally add an alias and a short note, then confirms the purchase before payment is taken.

6. Fees

A processing fee is added on top of the tip amount and is shown to the supporter at checkout before payment. The creator receives the tip amount into their balance. A 5% creator service fee is deducted from the creator's balance at payout, so the creator receives 95% of the tips they have collected. Fee amounts are shown in the product and may change; the current values always apply.

7. Tip limits

The platform applies minimum and maximum tip values and velocity limits, which may vary by supporter history. A tip that falls outside these limits will not be taken. These limits exist to protect supporters and creators and to meet our anti-fraud and payment obligations.

8. Cancellation and the digital-content right

A tip buys digital content that is supplied immediately. Because supply begins at once, by confirming the purchase at checkout the supporter consents to the immediate supply of that digital content and acknowledges that the statutory right to cancel is lost once supply has begun. Refund requests after delivery are handled under our Refunds Policy.

9. Profile photos and links

Creators may upload one profile photo and add public links. The profile photo is public identity, so it must be non-explicit. Links must point to lawful destinations, and any adult destination must be tagged so supporters see the 18+ badge before they click through.

The Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and is not allowed on the platform. We can remove a profile photo, a link, a thank-you content item, or an entire account that breaches it.

10. Account termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We can suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. Where we can give notice, we will. Where the breach is serious or ongoing we may act immediately.

On termination, the public profile comes down and the account can no longer receive tips. We keep the records the law and our payment providers require us to keep, for as long as the law requires.

11. Limitation of liability

FindomLink is provided on an as-is basis. We do our best to keep the platform online and the money flow accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees CG APPS Ltd actually earned from your activity in that period.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform and the law evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect. If we make a material change we will surface it in the product before it applies to you.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
