Acceptable use policy

These are the rules every creator and every supporter agrees to when they use FindomLink. They exist to keep the platform lawful and safe. The platform actively prevents and removes anything that breaks them.

1. 18+ only, with verified creators

Creators and supporters must both be at least 18 years old. Creators confirm their age at signup and complete identity verification (KYC) before any payout. Supporters confirm they are 18 or older before every tip. We close accounts and refuse tips where we believe a person is underage.

2. Adult content is permitted

FindomLink is an adults-only platform. Lawful adult, sexual, or explicit material is permitted in thank-you content items exchanged between consenting adults, and we do not prohibit content simply for being adult or explicit. What is prohibited is illegal material, set out in the next section, and the conduct set out below.

3. Prohibited content

The following is prohibited anywhere on the platform, including in thank-you content items. This section is about illegal material — not about whether content is adult or explicit.

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any content that depicts, involves, or sexualises a minor, or in which a participant is or appears to be under 18.
  • Non-consensual content: content made, obtained, or shared without the consent of everyone featured, and any depiction of non-consensual sexual activity.
  • Content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates illegal activity, including sexual violence, trafficking, bestiality, or anything else that is unlawful under English law.
  • Content that threatens or incites violence against a person, or that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.

4. The public profile photo

A creator's single profile photo is public identity shown on their public profile, so it must be non-explicit: no nudity, sexual activity, or exposed genitalia, and nothing that depicts or implies a minor. This applies only to the public profile photo. It does not limit what a creator may include in a thank-you content item, which is delivered privately to a paying adult supporter. Profile photos are validated, stripped of metadata, and re-encoded before they are published, and can be cleared where they breach this rule.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • Fraud, payment-card abuse, money laundering, or using the platform to disguise the source of funds.
  • Impersonating another person or organisation, including using a stolen handle or a trademarked name without permission.
  • Threats, harassment, or stalking, or extracting or publishing another person's private or identifying information — contact details, address, or identity documents — without their consent.
  • Automated abuse: scraping, bot-driven accounts, or attempts to evade rate limits, tip limits, or safety controls.
  • Public-profile links that send supporters to anything prohibited by this policy or otherwise unlawful.

6. How we enforce this

The platform prevents and removes breaches at multiple layers.

  • Thank-you content items are reviewed by our moderation process before they are delivered.
  • Profile photos are validated and re-encoded by our pipeline before they ever go public.
  • Reports from supporters and other creators land in a moderation queue and are reviewed.
  • Our trust and safety reviewers can clear a profile photo, block delivery of a content item, take a profile down, or terminate an account.
  • Money movements are watched for chargeback abuse and the patterns we associate with fraud.

Decisions are recorded in an audit log. Affected creators are notified where we can give notice. Where the breach is serious or ongoing we act immediately and explain afterwards.

7. Reporting

Every public profile has a Report this profile link in the footer. Reports go to our trust and safety reviewers and are read. We act on what we find and we keep the reporter's identity confidential from the reported account.

Urgent safety reports can also be sent to support@findomlink.com. Anything involving a possible crime against a child or an imminent threat to life should also be reported to the police.

8. Account consequences

Depending on the breach we may block a thank-you content item, clear a profile photo, suspend an account, restrict it from receiving tips, or terminate it. Serious or repeat breaches end the account.

Supporters who breach this policy can be blocked from sending tips. Where the breach involves payment-card abuse we work with our payment providers and, where required, with law enforcement.
