A tip is a one-off payment to a creator you want to support. Every tip includes the creator's personal thank-you content item — a photo or a short video — delivered to you by email after payment. There are no subscriptions and no recurring payments; each tip is a single, separate choice.

A processing fee is added on top of your tip to cover the cost of taking the payment. The full amount, your tip plus the fee, is shown at checkout before you confirm, so you always see the total before anything is paid. If you are a creator, a 5% service fee is deducted from your balance when you withdraw.

Yes. Your card details are entered directly into our payment provider's secure fields and are never seen by, or stored on, FindomLink's servers. We only ever receive confirmation that the payment succeeded.

Tips appear on your card statement as “CG APPS”, not as FindomLink. If you are looking back through your statements, that is the line to check for.

Because each tip buys a digital thank-you content item, tips are generally non-refundable once the item has been sent. If your card was used without your permission, or something went wrong with a payment, contact support straight away and we will help. Our Refund & Tip Policy sets out exactly when we can step in.

Create your FindomLink profile, complete verification, and share your FindomLink link in your bio, in your posts, anywhere your supporters find you. When someone sends a tip it lands in your balance, ready to withdraw.

Yes. Identity and age verification (18+) is required before you can be paid out. It is a one-time check that keeps the platform safe and lawful for everyone.

Once a tip has cleared, your available balance can be withdrawn through our payout provider. A 5% service fee is deducted at payout, and the rest is yours.

FindomLink is for verified creators aged 18 or over. Each tip includes a personal thank-you content item — a photo or a short video — delivered privately to the supporter by email. Lawful adult content is allowed in thank-you items; illegal material is not, and the single public profile photo must be non-explicit. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out the full rules.
